Its day 5 of 14:10 IF. I never thought I would say this, but I've had to purposely add more calories to my meals. I have always been a snacker, so getting my daily calories has been too easy, but since I started IF I just have no desire to snack. Tonight's meal was 750 calories and I'm still coming in under my 1500 goal for the day!
Tomorrow starts my 5 days of 15:9 IF, with my feeding window from 1pm to 10pm. This stuffs works!
To the ladies: this week I lost weight while on my monthly cycle. In 17 years of yo-yo dieting, that has never happened for me. I'm excited and all of you help me stay motivated so thank you😃!
