Wow! I entered food in fatsecret's "diet calendar" yesterday for the first time & quickly got into using the food journal. Much handier and more powerful than the paper format Daily Tracker I got at the WW meetings, with it's built-in point calculating functions. I quickly started adding new items and recipes etc. Unfortunately, I blew some details entering my PeteyTwang chili and some of the nutritional info is off - especially since the 8 servings I indicated should be more like 12-14. (OOOPS!) Can someone please tell me how I can edit my RECIPE, now that I have clicked it "OK" for approval?
