My bi weekly fast (24 hours 6-6pm) and having 2 bone broth servings and will break my fast at 6pm.

I'm doing daily intermittent fasting. 20:4. Is the bi-weekly working out for you, or are you going this route for now to try it out? Have you tried other fasting methods?

I am doing daily IF 16:8 (first meal is around noon, last meal at 6pm). Bi weeky fasting is working for me (last meal at 6pm and first meal is 6pm) as I am working with my nutritionist checking all levels along the way. In the past I have done 7 and 10 day fasts and really felt great but with my husband this is a good plan for me. Working the KETO plan and that is a great plan as I have no issues not eating flour and sugars, no brainers for me. The weight is coming off slowly (.5lbs) a week so its slow and steady so I am happy!
