Comentarios 
No-one, including yourself, tell if it's too much or not enough without measurements. You need a scale, or at least measuring cups to figure out your calories and macros. I tried freehanding it way back and all I did was gain weight. How many calories are you trying to eat a day? What are you wanting your macros to look like (fats, protein, carbs proportions).
