Diario de POWENCH, 22 nov. 08

I worked out hard yesterday and it was a good thing, cause I ate just a bit more than I should. I worked at the American Legion Auxiliary Christmas Bazzar and there was no shortage of homemade treats. I tried not to deprive myself cause I knew that would not help, but even eating a little bit of that kind of food it too much. And today I am not feeling so hot, so I am not sure I will exercise or not. But I think I am done eating for the day. Man if one thing doesn't work against you it is another in this weight loss fight!

I have to say that I really enjoy reading everyone elses stories of struggle, defeat, and finally success. It makes this seem like something I can do, even though it is a very hard process.
