It's been a lovely week to just stay the course. The weather is still hot hot hot but I really enjoy this especially while I am working out. Really feel a good burn and trying to get in at least 10-12000 steps a day so I know this is my optimum pace for weight loss. Been seeing about 1/2 lb a week so I am really happy with that. Good weight loss should be slow and steady and it is not the finish line that I look at but the process of how I can get there. I don't feel as though I am "dieting" no cravings or loss of what "I can't have" but more of a mind set that this is a livable path for me to be on and I know can do this and feel positive of that.
