Oh my goodness. My (digital) scale always fights between two or three numbers before finally settling on a weight - and today I saw 231.4!! It decided to land on 232.2 (which is still 0.6 less than yesterday).
I have been making an effort to eat more calories. I think I haven't been giving my body enough - I'm now counting calories and points again - for a while I was just doing calories.
I can't wait to be under 200, I know it will come with time, but I had been under 200 for most of my life, and this 230's stuff just seems ridiculous :P
I have more friends on Fatsecret now, and I know that will help with the journey. I hope to help others with their journeys as well.
Today is another day in the right direction, let's make the most of it and lace up our big kid shoes and move our bodies :)

Isn't that scale frustrating. I hate it when it won't make up it's mind. The numbers jump around. It reminds me of The Price Is Right when the spin the wheel and everyone is waiting for the wheel to stop! You are doing great! And just think it won't be long and the scale will show 199.8. I remember how excited I was when I hit onederland when I was dieting the first time. I was so excited. I had only started at 205 and the weight lose wasn't even noticeable yet, but I wanted to tell everyone. Keep up the good work.

Onederland is amazing, I will call it that from now on. I totally thought of the price is right, or even wheel of fortune when it's the Bankrupt or $50,000 piece. haha. I'm not going to rush to get there - with patience it will come off, but I think the day I hit 199.8 I will cry my eyes out.
