229.2...seems like groundhog day on the scale for me. 3 days in a row same weight. I wouldn't take it so hard, but when you only eat 500 calories or less a day you expect to lose weight! Only a 3 lb loss this week...not much at all. I'm not going to make my goal of 219 by Oct 24...just not going to happen...at this rate I'll be lucky to lose 5 more pounds. This diet has been a big disappointment to me...it has been extremely hard and so far I haven't lost much more in a month than I could've exercising and eating right. Only 1 week left of the crazy part then back to eating healthy and exercising :)

Glad you only have one more week of the crazies!! Once you get back to eating healthy moderate meals and exercising you should feel great and be on the "lose" again!!
