I have been in recovery for a long time and I get daily quotes that I use in all areas of my life. Today's really struck a chord with me. When I remove the "Alcohol" word and replace it with whatever I am struggling with it becomes a useful mantra to connect to where I want to be in life. I hope that it might be of use to some of you on your adventure today.
