Diario de kazredhead, 19 oct. 13

Tough night last night as out with friends to a Lebanese restaurant. Lovely food (but surely full of carbs). Still to balance that I did play tennis in 30degrees for two hours and I haven't had any alcohol now for 18 days. Not a recovering alcoholic - raising money for MacMillan! I really thought the weight would drop off, but it isn;t and I am getting a bit disheartened. My tennis partner pointed out "you didn't put a stone on in a week - you aren't going to lose it in a week" - he is right of course but it was tempting to smack him with my racket.
