Didn't quite hold the 177 through the weekend, but that's ok. It is TOM so I expect to fluctuate some. Plans are underway for Thanksgiving meal at the in-laws. I have packed lots of healthy snack foods. Plan to weigh tomorrow morning and log in weight. We will not be back until Thanksgiving afternoon. I hope for a steady consitant hold on my weight. Do plan to get on her treadmil while there to pass the time while husband and son are hunting.
