I weigh myself every day. However, I think once a week is probably healthier. That way you won't stress about the ups and downs throughout the week. 😅😊

I weigh a couple times a week but the only ones that count are inbody scans. Scale doesn’t show my body composition progress. Fat loss more important to me than fast loss. My metabolism is more important than quick results. Mentally it’s a slower process but more sustainable.

I weigh and log every morning. I pay closer attention to Wednesday morning though as I get a bump every weekend but Wednesday’s number shows me my progress over time.

Personal preference, I prefer to weigh once a week so I don't become obsessive. I rely more on picture comparisons and measurements. 😊

it's what your comfortable with. opinions are like booty's everyone has one. lol just being funny. but if you won't freak about variances and many ups and downs daily is fine. if it will cause discouragement and obsession then weekly or fewer. it all depends on the person. I do daily and log daily but often that frustrates me when I am so up and down.

I weigh every morning after I pee. I weigh before bed to guess what I'll weigh in the morning and I weigh in the middle of the night for shits and giggles. I record the morning weight no matter what.

@DP - Your scale routine sounds familiar. 🤣 I can easily lose 2-3 lbs sleeping w/o wetting the bed. 🤣🤣

I record the morning, post-pee weight every day but only post the 7-day average once per week. Only weighing once per week can mislead if you happen to weigh on a min or a max. Averages help smooth natural fluctuations. Just my method.
