I have to say.. That i don't get it, i see people posting food, and they have such small portions, i feel like.. Or i'm overeating or they are starving, just don't get it, all those people saying they're eating under 1000 cals i mean wtf, and all these people cheering up for them, it's kind of crazy...

then they get frustrated as their weight loss stalls. then they either go even lower adding to their problems or they quit all together and then you'll see them back on fat secret months later at their original weight.

I've been doing the keto with 2 meals a day (intermittent fasting). My meals are large but the things I eat are high quality fat 80% protein 15% net carbs 5%. I made my daily goal not to go over 1600 cals/day but most times the meals I put together are a lot of food for me but under 1600 cals! I am very satisfied and not hungry till next meal. I don't go by cals now. I know I'm getting my nutrious foods and I take the important supplements. I've become keto adapted so I feel I'm going to be successful this time around. Last time I did keto I didn't do it correctly. I think they call it 'dirty keto' meaning not really following the plan.

For me I’m on a plan that includes HCG shots along with a 500 calorie very specific diet for the duration of the shots. It’s under a doctors direction. Then in phases into lifestyle.

yeah not me. I just increased to 2500 cal and am still losing. may have to take it up a bit again. I love to stuff myself so I use less calorie dense options and make better carb and protein choices to get more bang for my calorie buck so to speak. limiting my simple carbs and going more whole grain has helped. I do leave room some days for the more fun stuff. hope I made sense.

Dont beat yourself up. :-) Everyone is different - some people 2 eat meals a day, some eat 6 mini meals. I need 2000 calories to maintain a steady weight loss at this time and my mother needs half that to maintain her weight. Size, build, age, activity level, and more make us all different. Just be good to to you!

Thank you all for your amazing feedback, glad to know I'm not alone and crazy lol, i think I'm not seeing some of your posts, and that's why i thought people were starving, it's great to have a community so open and supportive, someone said 'better do you' and he's right, i better do me😊❤️
