I just started IF, started with 16:8 but went 18:6 instead. I'm on my 3rd consecutive day. doesn't seem hard since I stop eating at 6pm sleep till about 5 or 6 am, I'm not a morning eater so those hrs are easy and at gym @ 11 am, drinking only water and black coffee. good luck!
