121/14/11/18 for 2020/September/September Gym/PT this morning.

So, by September 23, 2020, I did more workouts than all of 2019, which was 119, I believe. Nice. My workout record in a year is 139, I believe. It seems in jeopardy.

Modified cheek workout using stabilizer ball. Do that again. Hip hurt a little before workout. Doesn't hurt an hour later. Maybe I need to recalibrate on pain? It hurt fairly frequently when I wasn't working out properly. It's not hurting more now that I'm working out frequently again. Is that fine? It seems better, more workouts, less pain. But the occasional pain does imply some injury, I think. So, ask PT next week. But don't quit working out before that. And do the PT more.
