So I have two more challenges to follow and they motivate me a lot! It is great to have people around you whom you can communicate who have the same goals as you. I saw that I lost weight again. I weigh 70.9. It means that if I lose 1 kilo I will finally see the number 6 on the scale:-))) That is something I have not seen for a very long time:-) It is hard not to eat sometimes but when I think of the old days, how I was before, all the nice clothes, the new hairdo that I want so much and lots of other stuff I keep going and I don't eat. My brother wanted to join me here on fatsecret.com. He has to lose 9 kilos. So we can exercise together and that's good news. I have to drink loads of water something I don't dooo!
Ok so today I have to write again 3 things that are nice about me: Determination, let's say following my diet properly and participating the challenges.
I read a lot. That's another good thing about me. I have good fashion sense (although at the moment I don't wear nice stuff due to my weight problem:))
