Plan to walk 6 miles today..plans can change. Nothing less than 5. Gonna get very thin, improve lipid panel mightily with Esselstyn food plan. Fat free vegan, load up on kale, oat bran and oatmeal.
I encourage anyone struggling with weight of heart disease to read Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell Esselstyn.
No easier food plan to lose weight or path back to heart health.
Thank goodness for Veganism and Esselstyn. I am coming up on 35 years clean and sober with no anti depressants or other murderous mind sedating products from Big Pharma.
36 years without alcohol. Never smoked.
Hope to weigh 120 by Tuesday coming up.113 by November 1st.
No more than 95 mg of caffeine daily. Plan to ultimately quit.
