Today has been easy for the most part. I think that I am doing well. I must have needed to loose the weight because it is coming off! I am so glad for that, my pants have been too tight for too long! Some of the food I don't like, but because we are constantly rotating food it's not a big deal. I have good energy today and I don't feel hungry. I am looking forward to Christmas and taking a day off of the diet, I am tired of rice!! At least the brown rice anyway..... I will stay on track!
