It did just what I needed and better than alcohol lol my mates telling me to start fresh monday enjoy the wine and forget the stress lol

Yes it's times like this when losing weight is not the biggest thing in your agenda. It's taken me 7 months to get back into the mindset to start watching my calories and upping the exercise since my Dad died in February. Been a tough few months but I'm back on it now. You will be too!

Yeah a loss is so hard I gained alot after my sister and at the min up 3lb but some water so I seem to have an odd balance but want that new bracket before the xmas period kicks in. We can do this xx

Yes we can! I've worked my backside off this week despite having a knackered back and happy with a 2.5lb loss since Monday.You know as well as I do how unpredictable our bodies are but I hope if I can keep this up I'll shift a stone by Xmas x

Same is old liverpool feel amazing for xmas I just need to stay good while in out I find I'm having more naughty things as I'm busy x

Really filling! I'm doing beef stroganoff tonight but instead of rice or noodles I'm using leeks cut into noodle strips. Well that's the plan anyway lol

Yes,I'm thinking about mixing some low fat cream cheese through them to make them a bit more interesting
