Diario de Jane Robbin, 10 nov. 13

When I was just fasting, without exercise I was losing weight every week. Since I have started to exercise I am no longer losing weight, but just staying the same. I am trying to figure out why?

I've had the same thing happen and have been told that when exercising your building muscle and it's heavier than fat..but in due time you will start lossing again as the more muscle is built it will burn fat..I have questioned this also but it does work. Good luck
