Diario de whollybologna, 13 dic. 08

I'm two days from weigh in, but I've been checking my scale (sorry to those in my "only check once a week challenge" I'm not weighing everyday, and it's keeping me on track, any hoodle) and I'm kinda going down *fingers crossed* I've been exersizing everyday, even when hubby and I went on our 'stay-cation' in saska-ma-toon i found the exersize room and did 20 minutes on an eleptical (I haven't done eliptical since highschool and 20 minutes was just fine thanks) where was i? oh yeah, so exersize everyday (save for one, my arm was sore and I couldn't do the weights. i regret now not doing the walking anyway and just not doing the arm work but what are you going to do right? what's done is done) and eating better. trying to get in fruits and veggies.

I have 3 parties coming up this week, so big challenge for me. Sunday is my church's brunch, the kids are planning it so I'm expecting bacon and cheetoes for brunch. (sigh) monday is TOPS party, so healthier food, and I've decided to attempt to make sushi. having never made it I'll have to take pictures or something to prove i can.. or that I did. thursday is hubby's work party. don't know what to expect, but i will definately be drinking a lot of water at all of these parties. (going down next week if it kills me)

I just have to eat slow, talk to people. relax and drink a lot of fluid. *scared suddenly* I hope i can do this...
