Well friday night we had seven 11 year olds for a sleep over for my daughters birthday. Pizza,potato chips 4 kinds of cookies,S'mores",and a platter of assorted candy (chocolate included). I did really good 1/2 slice pizza a measured amount of chips and a couple cookies. BUT yesterday right before bed and with no calories remaining i hit the leftover Lay's and we all know no one can eat just one. I was still in control enough to count and be able to add into my diet calender.Today is a new day. Prior to now this kind of slip would cause me to go off for days. I went shopping this morning and did healthy meal and snacking for the week. I think i am back on track. I would normally punish myself . But all the support i get here has me thinking to myself the way I would put it to any of you.I was only off for a few minutes. and we don't have to be perfect, we only have to Keep moving forward to our goal.Forgivness came easier today. Thanks for all of the support FS.

Well done! That food tracker not only scares you straight, it also makes you SEE that you can start again tomorrow. A little less of this and a little more walking, dancing, stretching, stair climbing etc. Back to "normal" in a day. Keep it up!
