I am not losing weight so have decided to go off flour and sugar. I may still eat root veggies and rice and rice noodles but not wheat or sugar products. Fresh fruits and veggies will supplement.....along with more salads.

It's hard for me to give up something totally. I am really trying to just limit my intake. We are here for you if you need anything. Stay safe

Do you have the correct macros? Do you weigh, measure, and track everything? I have found that is more important than cutting food groups. I eat generally low carb because I tend to go overboard with breads and pasta and they just don't fill me up but I sometimes eat something off plan and as long as I stay within my calories I'm fine.
