so I squeaked off point four this week making my loss before christmas to date 5.6 lbs. (I'm including some I lost before I started the "8 lbs before christmas") plan. I'm still determined to get down under 225 before christmas, but it means I have to lose 1 next week, and I still have a big party coming up. heck I can't believe I squeaked off some weight this week.
I noticed with my exersizing everyday, that my muscles are getting harder. which means I'm building muscle which weighs more than fat (sigh) and I need to start burning the fat more than I have been. sigh... but my body does what it does. so off I go to exersize.
starting my own experament this week, and it will prevent me from being on for the next 2 weeks. so I may lose and not be able to post it due to this experament.
number 1, walking more than 10 miles a week, number 2, writing down everything I eat, number 3, drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day, and number 4, no internet.
it sucks I know, that I won't be able to see people on here, but this is something that hubby and I are doing together. we noticed too much 'net and TV and not enough of everything else. dishes and laudry were becoming cumbersome (sp?) so that's the tale and I will be back on the 28th :)
have a good christmas/Chunnukah(one n?)/Kwaanza(sp?)/Ramadan and I will see you on the 28th. (just before new year)
