Meal prepping:

I had a couple packages of chicken basil tortellini to cook for thre next couple days. However, I was torn between standard marinara or meat sauce. Back in the day, I used to make my own, but now I just crack open a jar of whatever.

Anyhow, I found this soup from Trader Joe's that I've had for awhile and figured "why not?"

It's not pretty (it's meal prep for crying out loud lol), but this 10 minute throw-together gets me a couple giant bowls of deliciousness!!

I’m just seeing this now for some reason. What a great idea!! I add chicken pelmeni to my homemade chicken soup instead of noodles sometimes and it makes it 100 times better. This is not like your meal prep at all, but made me think of that.
