I did some more walking today eve though it rained. I did some crying on my SO's shoulder and her was the one I was crying about! Geez I can't say goodbye to him because I'm not used to breaking up with guys. They always broke up with me and for the life of me I don't know why either of us won't pull the plug! Anyway, that cry emptied out my head so I could clear some space for some nutritional facts. I need more water, leafy greens and healthy carbs in my life.
This week will be better than last week. I'm on a mission. I'm not only talking the talk, I'm going to walk the walk!
