some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food honestly? All those bites, licks and taste add up. Studies show people who track lose 30% more weight than those who don't. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose best. Are you eating too many processed foods? Processed foods contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some people. Sometimes WHAT we eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Are you being active? Exercise helps us burn calories, lose fat and keep our heart and body healthy. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? When I slack, the scale stays the same or I gain. When I do all the things I should be doing, the scale usually goes down (sometimes the scale goes up or stays the same no matter how good you are). So find a way to remotvate yourself and get to it. You can do it.
