Diario de mrssetters, 12 oct. 20

I am in bed watching Netflix and starting to think about food. I think it’s probably from boredom or something so instead of grabbing some food I’m making a journal entry. I stopped eating after 5 pm today and I don’t want to mess up today’s progress. The first day is kind of a big deal. Once you’re over the hump it’s smoother sailing right? My bloating went down a lot today so that’s a big jump start on the scale. I put in a solid effort today to not let myself down. I’m real happy with how it turned out.
