Diario de carriegara, 15 oct. 20

Ok, so I'm gonna try keto. And I'm also not going to weigh myself until November 1st, 2020. While doing this, I'm going to do about 30 to 45 minutes of high workout activity or whatever it's called. And, just coincidentally, I'm going to be eating about 800-1000 calories everyday, and not worry if it goes over that range a little. When I crave something sweet, I'll just shove some creme cheese in my mouth lmao.

Keto has worked for me before about three years ago, although I didn't know it was keto at the time. I wasn't eating anymore than about 400-600 calories a day, and was working myself out to the point of becoming light headed. It wasn't healthy, but I did manage to go down to and keep off 40 in about 2 months (then I plateaued because I wasn't working out and I was eating more, also my heaviest was 259, but I went down to 219). So I'm doing it again, but not as extreme. I'll take a break if I feel lightheaded instead of pushing through, and I'll eat a little more.

Anyways, so yeah, I'll be back in about two weeks with a weigh in (if I remember lmao) to share my progress. I wish everyone the best of luck!!!! ^^
