Diario de alanpfd, 20 nov. 13

So strange to get to the end of the day, feel perfectly satisfied with what you've eaten, only to find you are 200 calories below your target. I guess that means my body has adjusted to my current calorie level. I didn't feel hungry at all today except at meal times. So all is good.

I love that about the body adjusting. It is unbelievable to go through day and not have the munchies all the time. It is really interesting to see that if I have a high calorie day it is because of what I ate not how much.
