Ive gotten the beef strips a couple times. Once it was good and the next time it sucked and I can't remember which is which so I didn't buy it again. I remember the protein to calorie ratio being good though. And I, too- am eating a salad with chicken in it as we speak- or type.

I cooked my own chicken packs the last two weeks. Chicken thighs then breasts. I’m on a beef kick this week t-bones, pot roast, and filets last night. Finally satisfied my beef tooth! Ok, I’m turning this into a post.
