Diario de Tonya Palmer, 21 nov. 13

Alright so today i started the food journal, YAY for me since i hate this so darn bad. Sorry but I do. When I eat is not consistent and I will never be a breakfast eater. Morning meds have to be taken on an empty stomach but i'm gonna try this thing. I would start it right here with the holidays coming.

it gets easier the more you use it. Then if you are having issues others may be able to look back and make suggestions for you. Don't cheat...put everything on there. It will be amazing to see what you have been eating and how many calories it truly is.

Yea I just put the soup in the wrong place. But I will get there.

If you click on the soup in the blue on your food journal it will bring you to another page. On the right side you can change it from breakfast to lunch if you are someone that wants everything in the right place. You can also adjust quantity there on that same section of the page if you make an error...or eat more later!
