For those of you that have tried protein shakes while losing weight what what source of a protein did you like and what was your success.

I'd rather eat a hunk of meat than drink protein. I know they are handy, but I stay away from them. Most have too much sugar and additives. Maybe someone else has some ideas for you. Good luck..
