Breakfast is pretty simple this morning. Boiled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon and a banana. Yesterday was a rest day and so is today. Yesterday I ate well at 104% of goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF up 0.2% / BW up 0.8#

That's a good thing a NP told me that we do it backwards in america and french people eat a big breakfast ,a medium lunch and a smaller dinner because it's better for you weight and digestion I think it makes sense have a blessed day john
