What an odd day. I woke up really late (11 hours of sleep) and am going to bed early. Packed in a ton of housework and gardening plus a big workout.

So, in about 10 hours of being awake, I've burned over 3000 calories and am about to sit down and enjoy the last 2200 calories of my (nearly) OMAD day.

Very odd indeed 😕


Post-workout meal/Dinner/Pre-bedtime meal:

Big bowl of cereal, salad with steak and "imagination" crab, a healthy sized bowl of mocha almond fudge ice cream, and a block of ugly-yet-delicious Stouffer's frozen meatloaf.

So glad you got caught up on so much sleep! I’ve never been more jealous. And how awesome that you’re still able to have killer workouts on your covid staycation. 💪🏻 I just finished my 2030 cal day and looking at this pic is making me hungry! You’ll probably have a 1lb loss tomorrow while I’ll gain 3lbs. It’s ok, I’m used to life being unfair. 😜

@Chris...how do you get your readout like that? I can't seem to get mine to change from the initial set up of fats, carbs, proteins, calories and % of RDI. 😕

Hey Chrisw77 you sound so active I’m sure you can eat all that on the table and not gain a pound. Just one thing you cannot do is use the word ugly when talking about Stouffer's frozen meatloaf. They must put something in that because it is so delicious to me. It’s like jail house or hospital food, but I just love it, not to mention the ice cream sitting there. Seventh heaven - meatloaf and ice cream. Don’t know why am talking to you because you’re probably fast asleep.😄
