Yeah that may be an issue. It is not so much carb as "junk" it looks like. You are rewarding yourself with good food after starving. I do not think that is uncommon at all. Maybe try to eat a big healthy meal ... not not think of it as fat but as food and then plan smaller portions of your happy food to follow. You will figure it out. I think you are doing so well!!!
