And then suddenly no matter what I ate, I was still hungry. I'm not sure hungry is the word… It wasn't the stomach growling kind of hunger, just a feeling that I wanted to stuff food in my mouth. It's been fairly easy sticking to my plan for most of the past couple weeks, but today I could not be satisfied. I tried keeping myself busy and away from food, and that worked fairly well. I ended up going over my target by 100 calories or so, but it could have been much, much worse. Hopefully, it will go back to being easy tomorrow.
