just keep going. day by day.ine cheat week is not as bad as 365 days cheat week. oh and what saved me is come zero and sugar free hard boiled lollies by the brand double d . yeah probably not good for ya but it's no calories lol. I have 3 lollies a day and a can of coke zero a day usually split into 3 little drinks .....

I did the same. It is frustrating but straight back into it and we now know it was not worth it. I think I will take eds76's advice, move on & stick to a cheat meal on occasion.

Weight loss is a long term game, from time to time you can have a set back, the important thing is to keep going. At times I have gained weight even sticking to the diet for the whole week. Having a cheat meal every week will actually help you keeping with the course: you cannot starve yourself forever.

@blue lady bug try to keep moving mobility is a great way to lose weight it can be a long road ahead if you are putting up obstacles to a new improved self but key is to set small goals then move on but never give up on your main prize which is achievable through hard work..👍🏻

Hey blue lady bug, if you gonna do a cheat meal, word of advice do not do it weekly. You will find yourself either going nowhere or backwards. Its disheartening when that happens. I wish you well on your journey.
