I know it is hard to keep motivated at this time of year. There is food everywhere and a thousand other things to do besides exercise. Can you remember why you started this journey? Was it for improved health? A better figure? What ever the reason for this journey those reasons are still there! You have worked so hard to have your successes. Don't give up on the journey now. Work through these BLAH period. I will be worth the effort!

sometimes reading about other weightloss journeys motivates me when i'm feeling worn down & out. you should check out the transformation pages on bodybuilding.com (: some of the changes are so drastic it gives me great amounts of hope for my own. like here! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/transf78.htm i'm rootin' for yah.
