Diario de katrinat, 02 ene. 09

Even after a late night (sans drinking as we stayed home and played games with the kids), I got up yesterday morning and did the 30 day shred workout once again!! 3 days in a row!! I usually won't do a workout at home when my hubby is home, but I did yesterday and was just fine. My muscles must be getting used to it as well, because I was able to walk up and down the stairs yesterday and this morning without hurting too much! :)

Doing good with eating. Hubby and I talked each other out of going to a Mexican restaurant yesterday and came home instead to make some really yummy chicken fajitas with a lot more veggies than we would have gotten at the restaurant, and without the chips and salsa! Trying to really focus on the new 'filling foods' idea and not just using my points on basically empty calories. Have seen quite a fluctuation on the scales the last couple of days, but am hoping to see at least a two pound solid loss by the time Monday rolls around again!

That's about it for today. No early morning workout today as I have a meeting with my boss shortly and then have to take care of leaky roofs, lack of food, etc., at my stores. Hope you all have a wonderful day!!

Great healthy teamwork with hubby! So, is the Jillian DVD so good that someone would like it even if they find Jillian annoying? Or is she not so bad outside of the Biggest Loser? Have a great meeting and fun tackling your work challenges! :)
