Ketones this morning .8. So hopefully I won't be hungry and anxious today. Yesterday I had a craving for batter-fried fish (H. Salt Fish) I ended up getting two pieces--no chips. Then later I had shrimp (not breaded and fried) with salsa and cocktail sauce to make a shrimp cocktail. One day I would like to be able to eat whatever I want without micromanaging and agonizing over my choices. I guess some if us are just blessed with this problem. It could be so much worse.
