Well I survived the Thankgiving holiday meals. I had to endure two of them! Boy were they good! The second one was on Sunday 12-1-13, and was Italian. Stuffed shells, meatballs, sausage, caprese salad. I only gained a pound. So now is serious time. Going to go very high protein since I'm working out harder. We'll see how this changes things. I started it yesterday & already see & feel a difference.
