I never thought I'd be back in the 230's again, let alone the 240's, but here we are. Between HRT that started last winter followed by the Coronavirus my teeth have done a lot of damage to my body. It's all good, though, because I know what I need to do now. Here we go again with the weight loss-this time will be permanent.
Starting the week off right with all my new Balsamic Vinegars. I can't wait to try them out.
