You really know how to tempt me to indulge. Congrats on being able to eat sugar and carbs and processed food and keep your health.

Wish I could do moderation. My body doesn't do moderation in processed and sugar foods. Maybe someday if I live long enough. I am in ketosis and yesterday I only ate one meal (376 calories) around 11:30 a.m. I truly couldn't eat my other planned meals of meat and veggies. I have no doubt that I could have eaten donuts, ice cream, flan (possibly my alltime favorite) hamburger, any kind of potatoes. You get the picture. Actually you post the pictures. I am 75 years young and doing my best to be as healthy as possible. So I do keto and IF and sometimes extended fasts and do my level best to avoid foods I am addicted to which play havick with my health.

That's about 674 calories more than I can do to loose the weight. I am so jealous. It all looks so good.

Looks great. Enjoy the processed food (most food is processed btw - freezing, heating, chopping, slicing, grinding - all forms of processing) and carbs that fit into your diet, everyone.
