I lost again today. Still 9.9 to meet goal of getting back to pre-Covid19 weight back in February. Sure do want to let go of that extra weight this month. I know almost 10# at this point may be a pipe dream. However, I still believe in miracles. God can still do anything. Ketones 1.4 this morning. Also, sinus headache again this morning. Woke me at 5:30ish. It's 8:45 still slight headache. Official weigh-in today around 11 o'clock. Had official weigh in for the week lost 4.4#
104,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 37,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
