Felt like I was on the edge of falling off the tracks all day today. I bought a pack of tortilla chips to have with my dinner, but ended up eating far too many of them for lunch. I was able to control another couple of temptations and ended up less than 100 calories over my target. I've got 10 days left before I leave for the States. I really want to stay on course until then.
