Diario de loosinisfun, 05 ene. 09

GOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!!!!!...RISE AN SHINE !!!!!.... 25...with a wind chill 16....well gettin layered up while i was waitin on laptop to get online this morning..im ready to start another week of exercise...gonna do a morning walk, then head to the gym...since ive been doing 3x30 on bike gonna change that up this morning...shock my body ..it always likes that...when i challenge it...lol.then come home and change again...have several errands to do today ...since the weather is suppose to be gettin worse the next 2 or 3 days..so need to get some running down, be prepared for it...was on scales but nothin new to report...i drank alotta water yesterday...and ate alot of fruit an veggies, but no loss today...just another day of lookin at the scales and thinkin o well...couple more days and it will be a week since i weighed in last...and il record it once again...almost wish i was heavy again...lest i would be seeing losses like i use to...its nice that im building up the muscle, but you just dont see that part of it on the scales..i did try on the 42s again yesterday and can almost button them..so that means the 44s that i just bout at walmart a week or so back will be gettin baggy in the butt soon...lol..well need to get up an moving...want to be outta the door by 5am and enjoyin that morning air...lol...catch you all later...

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

first walk in an over with...7407 steps so far...3.40 miles...getting ready to get a few layers off an head to the gym..for another workout...

Good Morning!! Goodness, all those steps and miles already?? LOL, I just walked to the bathroom, the coffee pot, and the computer desk!! I've got some catching up to do... I guess that little time off exercise really boosted your metabolisim, HA!! Way to go... I'm proud of my Bud!!

just got home from gym..2x30 on bike, 30 on elliptical..im outta practice on the elliptical..lol...but so far..24066 steps with more to come.....be my best in steps today..with a few more to come

just came home from walkin inside a place i occasionally use to do my inside walking...would rather do my walks outside..but this time of year..one walk outside an the other inside will do..anyways...my total steps today so far...drum roll...29258...and its only 1146am...but im runnin outta steam..lol..

i have my alarm set for 410am...but im awake before it goes off..im usually up at like 4am...i set everything up the nite before so that when i go in the kitchen, everything is set up except anything cold, that i have to get outta fridge..but its cooked ahead..and i have clothes set out to make it easier to keep on a schedule...after doing it almost everyday i have it down to a routine...lol..

i try an shut my eyes at 8 or close to it...but dependin on how tired i am...sometimes im outta it before 8...lol ...i believe in 8 hours of sleep

I'm impressed! No matter how hard I try, I can't get myself to sleep when I want! And now that the kids are out of school, I have no morning schedule. Everything's been getting later and later!
