Diario de loosinisfun, 28 dic. 10

gooooooood morning..nooo morning walk this morning ..just to cold out...19 with a wind chill of 7...sooooooo...another day off...i slept 10 hours last night...id almost think im fighting something off, but i dont feel bad...just so tired for some reason...but alot is going on around here right now, and im guessing thats part of it...alot of stress that im not use to...i did call the gym yesterday and talked to the owners...and am going to join after first of the year...they always change the door locks first of the year...an if i join now, then id have to make another trip there in the evening time to change keys...so easier just to wait one more week...an then il be gettin the kind of workout i need ...and im looking forward to it...the morning walks are nice..but just not enough of a workout for me weather man is talking in the 50s by the weekend and the thought of riding my 10 speed crossed my mind but there is also chance of rain...odd weather for dec and jan....o well...snow will disappear with the coming of the warmer weather an rain...its pretty well gone now...depending on if the sun has been shinning on it or not thru the day time...well...time to make the bed..an eat breakfast..then..make out a grocery list and go to the store...might do walmart today to..not sure right now...to early to kno...still tryin to wake up an get with the program...lol...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

19 and 7? OMG. I'm complaining of 34. That's jogging weather for you!! Stay warm loosin and I am with you today on not being with the program. Still sick and getting very tired of it! Enjoy your day and have fun shopping (!) lol.

wow...34...thats like a heat wave ...lol...with all the sneezin...im thinkin sinuses are tryin to act up again...so nose spray to get it runnin and fluid to make sure nothing stays in long enough to stay...

Good Morning! I am sure late getting here this week. Your temps are going to 50. Wow that will be awesome. Now that is great walking weather. I'm so happy that you are getting a gym membership. Have you thought about a program? Hope Mom is doing well. Enjoy your Tuesday Loosin!!
