Just got my monthly yesterday, so hard to judge the water weight. Trying to get a grip on my emotional eating. Even with the band, it's hard. Trying to stay at 1000 cal./day, but even with the band, it's hard! Nothing worth it is easy! WTF!! lol I want an easy button!! ::stomping feet:: oh well, still gotta do it the hard way, just like every one else.
