Day 1 - just back from my trip to Texas. I didn’t feel overly hungry today, but I was super busy at work. I didn’t have a lot of time to think about food.
Biggest successes for today:
Green tea instead of coffee and creamer
Panera Bread Greek Salad with chicken, and no cheese instead of fast food
Not sitting on the couch mindlessly eating
Need to do better:
Didn’t sleep enough (got to bed after 1 am, up an 7:00)
Didn’t exercise at all today
